2,561 people who reported meeting an entity under inhaled DMT answered a structured survey. 41 percent reported fear during the encounter. 69 percent said they received a message. 19 percent said they received a prediction about the future. Respondents most often described the entity as conscious, intelligent and benevolent. The survey records what people say. It does not test whether anything was there.
