France's first and largest psychedelic trance festival, founded in 2005 by the Grenoble-based Hadra association. The 17th edition opens a new multi-year thematic cycle, "Solar Punk Chronicle: The Seed," at the Plan d'Eau de Vieure lake in Allier — four days, four stages, roughly 170 artists, and 72 hours of uninterrupted music spanning psytrance, techno, drum & bass, ambient, and electro-acoustic live performance. A non-profit community festival of about 10,000 attendees, Hadra is known for its ecological commitment, healing areas, workshops, and its role as the anchor of French psychedelic culture.
